I had my laptop taken to The Computer Doctor and Ron, the owner, was very helpful in diagnosing my computer problems, along with being timely in its fix. Ron personally picked up and dropped off my laptop, so it was nice to be able to see the owner participating in hands-on customer interaction. He was flexible when it came to the customers needs completely. My computer is now running more efficiently and faster. It’s like it’s brand new. I highly recommend his services.

When my computer totally froze and wouldn't do anything after powering down and up again, Ron diagnosed the problem in seconds. I was back up and running in 10 minutes. Time and again, Ron has proven to be responsive and knowledgeable. He can QUICKLY troubleshoot problems across the computer hardware and networking spectrum. "The Computer Doctor" is my IT guy!

Ron does a great job fixing my computer and is always is willing to help me on a 24 hour notice or less. He gives me the confidence that no matter what the problem is with my desktop or laptop he will have it fixed quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a computer consultant for business or personal use.I wish I could find a doctor for my medical needs who could come close to his high service level.

The Computer Doctor makes House calls! Ron helped me to chose a good website builder for my business and then proceeded to assist in setting me up so I understood how to use the site. I also now have a computer backup plan established for my business something Ron noticed I wasn't doing so he brought to my attention and set it up for me on the spot. Computer Doctor is a real computer “healer”. I called the owner, Ron Elkin, to set up my new lap top including transfers from the old laptop. He did so much more, he came right out as scheduled, he made money saving suggestions, patiently listened to and responded to my questions and generally made the process, for a non-techie, simple. All at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend him.

The Computer Doctor and his staff are the best around. They always are prompt, provide exemplary service, and their prices are quite reasonable. All of our business and personal computers are serviced by the Computer Doctor, and we couldn't be more happy. Because computers are crucial to the success of our business, when they don't work properly, things around here come to a standstill. The Computer Doctor knows this, and has always called us back immediately whenever we scream, "Our computers are down!" Either the Computer Doctor or one of his competent staff show up that day, fix our computers, and we're up and running in no time. To reiterate, we couldn't be more pleased with their services.

Had an issue with my shop computer today. Called Ron (Computer Doctor) and he said he would be down today. As usual Ron was here in less than an hour. Spent a short time working on it and back in business in no time. Thanx Ron you are the Best......

:) It's not cheap, but Computer Doctor fixed my old iPhone and resealed the screen, no questions asked, after Apple refused to fix it and left the screen unsealed. Plus, unlike Apple service, I didn't have to wait a week for my appointment and wait on the cold for a hour - Computer Doctor came to my door in the morning, and brought my phone back the same evening.

The Five Stars is captioned "Loved it". I'm not sure I'd use that phrase for anything involving computers. What I am sure of is that any time I've needed knowledgeable and competent support and assistance in dealing with my computer and the internet, Ron Elkin, the Computer Doctor, has provided it. In addition, he's most enjoyable to work with and to boot, he is a good teacher to this octogenarian neophyte. I enthusiastically give Ron the highest possible recommendation.
